You do need to take notes (the first page) and then you should follow along with the instructions for performing a rotation on a separate sheet.  Remember to take care with measuring distances and angles in order to create a congruent image from the preimage.  You are to submit your work (not your notes) at the end of the period.  You should use approximately half a sheet per rotation.  Your assignment for the day is on the class calendar.
